lepak44 Usage

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lepak44 ("Company", "we", "platform"). This document governs all use of the services, website, applications and content provided by lepak44. It is important that you read this entire document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Account" — refers to a registered user account opened on the lepak44 platform.
• "Services" — refers to all games, betting, financial transactions and other functions available on lepak44.
• "Real Money" — refers to money deposited by the user into their account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, deposit bonuses or promotions offered by lepak44.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum turnover condition that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to the process of transferring funds from a lepak44 account to the user's payment method.

2. User Eligibility

lepak44 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Users are fully responsible for ensuring they are eligible to use this platform in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to them.

• Aged 21 and above at the date of registration.
• Not acting under duress, coercion or deception at the time of registration.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously banned or restricted from using online gambling services by a relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or as an agent for any other individual or entity.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at lepak44 at any time. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. lepak44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of their MyKad or valid identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the lepak44 support team beforehand.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lepak44 accepts various payment methods to facilitate users' financial transactions. All transactions are processed using appropriate encryption technology to protect your financial information.

Payment methods accepted by lepak44 include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking (FPX) — including major Malaysian banks
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC, ETH

All withdrawal requests will be processed once account verification is complete and all related wagering requirements have been met. lepak44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for transactions deemed to require further review. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lepak44 offers various promotions to users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

The lepak44 welcome bonus gives you an additional 120% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

lepak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any form of bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings. lepak44's decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following while using the lepak44 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in legal action in addition to account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technology that could provide an unfair advantage during play.
• Engaging in collusion, coordinating strategies with other players or any form of coordinated play to guarantee profits.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for financial gain.
• Using funds obtained from illegal or unlawful activities to make deposits.
• Violating any laws, regulations or regulatory guidelines related to gambling activities.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving rudely towards lepak44 customer support staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the lepak44 platform, including but not limited to visual design, icons, user interface, text, images, logos and software, is the exclusive property of lepak44 or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, republish or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lepak44. Use of lepak44's logo or brand name without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lepak44 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including loss of profits or data.

lepak44 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and users are not entitled to claim compensation for any losses caused by such service interruptions.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the lepak44 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

lepak44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, illegal activity or security risk. In such situations, lepak44 reserves the right to hold funds in the relevant account while an investigation is carried out.

Users who find themselves struggling with gambling control may contact lepak44 to request self-exclusion or betting limits. Such requests will be handled seriously and carefully by our team.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lepak44 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and the use of lepak44's services shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the agreement and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
